So much that they wanted to celebrate St. Louis Craft Beer Week by throwing a 5 course meal pairing delicious food with fantastic Boulevard beers. $40 for 5 courses is a heck of a deal, so don’t let this one pass you by. Three years ago Schlafly Tap Room brewer Brennan Greene got married. He created the IBA (India Brown Ale) as a wedding beer. He’s still brewing up this beer today. Come on out and enjoy a cask of one of the best beers brewed in St. Louis.

Do you know how hard it is to keep vintages of beer? Not only do you have to sit on it for years, but you also have to have the wherewithal to not drink it! Well, Avery and Major Brands have done the heavy lifting for you and will offer up a 2007 and 2010 Beast, a 2006 and 2011 Samael, and a 2008 and 2010 Mephistopheles. If that wasn’t enough, they’ll also be offering samples of food to be paired with each beer. All this for $25? This will probably be the first event to sell out. Don’t wait. Five of St. Louis’ newest distributing breweries will be providing libations from 6:30 PM until the beer runs out. Come down and drink with the brewmasters of Urban Chestnut, Six Row, Morgan Street, 2nd Shift, and Civil Life. We will be feasting whole hog on a delicious roasted pig. All you can eat! To celebrate “International Beer Day” UCBC will be having an event they are calling “Zwickel Vom Fass”, a night featuring a cask of “Zwickel” and likely a dry-hopped cask of “Delta Hop”, a keep the glass special, and live music from the “Bar Room Troubadours”, who will hopefully be playing outdoors (if the weather cooperates) in the UCBC parking lot converted into a beer garden for the evening. Cask(s) will be released and glassware special begins at 5pm. Music begins at approximately 7pm.
